My dentist says I’m a tooth grinder. I’m ruining my teeth because of it but because I don’t have dental it’ll cost $528.00 for a mouth guard. It’s getting bad fast. In February a tooth on the left side of my mouth was damaged from the grinding. The enamel is splitting. Now I feel the same thing on the right side and the same sharp pain associated with it. I bought a mouth guard from Target for $20.00. It says on size fits all so we’ll see. I think Americans should get Universal Health Dental and Vision insurance. I mean, I’d benefit a lot if we did!
